2017 Photo A Day Updated

The 1.01 update has just gone live on the App Store.  1.01 corrects a problem where the app crashed on iPhones / iPads running iOS 9.0.

There is an 1.1 update being submitted to Apple this evening to correct the following issues

  1. Eliminate a few typos
  2. Update support for iPhone 5 and iPhone 5C devices
  3. Update support for the larger 12.9″ iPad Pro

Thanks to everyone who has gotten the app so far!  We had a great launch week.  Please spread the word to your friends and family and please, leave a review / rating in iTunes.  It helps spread word about the app.

If you don’t have the app, what are you waiting for?!?!?!?  🙂

If you are running iOS 10, the app includes 25 free iMessage Photo Stickers.

After this latest update, I can't get the photo a day. I changed iPads, so had to restore my purchase. I click on the photo for the day and the app disappears. I have uninstalled a couple of times, but it doesn't seem to help. I am in IOS 10.2 Thoughts? Thanks!

Jen! Thanks for downloading the app. There is a bug in the app related to today (January 1st). There is an update that has been in the review queue at Apple for about a week. I'm hoping it gets approved today! Sorry for the inconvenience. Keith

Are the iMessage stickers only available if you perchase the photo a day? The App Store made it seem like it was available to all if so where di I find it?

After you install the app, you go to iMessage. Then when you type a message click on App Store icon and click manage. You then add the app to your iMessage group. Hard to explain without images. Email Keith at disneyphotographyblog dot com and I can walk you through it.
